🎯 Selection Procedure
Selection will be done via an Online Examination and/or Personal Interview, depending on the volume of applications.
1. Online Examination Structure (If Conducted)
The online objective test consists of a composite duration of 120 minutes:

- Bilingual Test: Available in both English and Hindi (except the English section).
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 35% for General/EWS and 30% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD in each test.
- Penalty for Wrong Answers: There is a negative marking of 1/4th (0.25) of the marks assigned to that question.

2. Personal Interview
- Candidates will be called in a 1:3 ratio based on their professional knowledge scores.
- The total marks for the interview are 100.
- Qualifying Marks: 50% for General/EWS and 45% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates.
- Final Weightage: If both the exam and interview take place, the final merit weightage ratio will be 70:30.
🔒 Security Deposit (Service Bond)
Selected candidates are required to deposit a security amount that will be refunded after 3 years of satisfactory service. Leaving the bank early will lead to forfeiture:
- MMGS-II Officers: ₹2,00,000/-
- MMGS-III Officers: ₹3,00,000/-
- SMGS-IV Officers: ₹3,00,000/-
📝 Document Upload Specifications
During registration, ensure your scanned files follow these rules:
- Photograph: Recent passport style color photo ($200 \times 230$ pixels preferred, 20kb–50kb). A live photo capture is also required during registration.
- Signature: On white paper with black ink (10kb–20kb). Do not sign in CAPITAL letters.
- Left Thumb Impression: On white paper with black or blue ink (20kb–50kb).
- Handwritten Declaration: Must be written in English on white paper with black ink (50kb–100kb). Do not write it in CAPITAL letters
