Agreement to Terms
By accessing JobDex, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Use License and Platform Access
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JobDex.in for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials;
- Use our proprietary AI matching architecture for any commercial purpose;
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or maliciously scrape any software or data contained on JobDex.in;
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
User Accounts
To access certain features (such as AI job matching, saved jobs, or Premium membership), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately at hello@jobdex.in of any unauthorized use of your account
JobDex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive or fraudulent activity.
Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
JobDex.in offers optional paid services, including Premium membership and study material purchases, processed securely through Razorpay.
- Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change with notice.
- Renewal: Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) and automatically renew until cancelled.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can currently be cancelled by emailing hello@jobdex.in with your registered account details. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless stated otherwise below.
- Refunds: Refunds are available within 3 days of purchase, provided the Premium content or study material has not been accessed or downloaded. Once any Premium content has been accessed or downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled and becomes non-refundable, as the content has already been delivered. This applies even if you subsequently cancel your subscription.
- Failed/Disputed Payments: In case of a failed transaction where an amount is debited but access is not granted, please contact hello@jobdex.in with your payment reference for resolution.
Employer & Center Submissions
Users submitting job listings via “Post a Job” or applying to list a center via “List Your Center” represent that all information provided is accurate and that they have the authority to post such content. JobDex reserves the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any submitted listing at its sole discretion, without liability for any resulting loss to the submitting party.
Nature of Service and Disclaimer
JobDex functions exclusively as an automated digital index and data aggregation platform. We are not an employment agency, nor do we act as a representative for any government body, public sector undertaking (PSU), or private corporation.
The materials on JobDex.in are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the guarantee of employment, the absolute accuracy of the scraped data, or the uninterrupted availability of the platform.
Limitations of Liability
In no event shall JobDex or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, missed application deadlines, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on JobDex.in, even if an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on JobDex could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors resulting from automated data extraction. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any claim relating to JobDex shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
