- → For COPA and Secretarial Assistant: National Trade Certificate (NTC) approved by NCVT/SCVT is mandatory.
- → Age must be between 15 and 24 years as on the closing date (15 September 2026).
- → Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are strictly NOT eligible to apply under this notification.
