- → Graduation / Bachelor's Degree in any stream or discipline from a recognized university.
- → Candidates must have completed their graduation before the application end date.
- → Must possess functional reading, writing, and speaking proficiency in the chosen local language of the applied state.
- → Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or have job experience of one year or more are not eligible.
- → Age Relaxation: SC/ST +5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) +3 years, PwBD up to +10 years.
