RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 (CEN 02/2026): Apply Online for 6557 Grade I & III Posts
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the much-awaited RRB Technician Recruitment 2026 notification under CEN No. 02/2026, opening up 6,557 vacancies for Technician Grade I (Signal) and Technician Grade III posts across 21 railway zones in India. This is one of the biggest Group C recruitment drives of the year, with 323 posts for Technician Grade I Signal and 6,234 posts for Technician Grade III. Candidates who have passed Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in a relevant trade, or 10+2 with Physics and Maths for Signal & Telecom posts, are eligible to apply. The online application process began on 30 June 2026 and will close on 29 July 2026, with selection based on a Computer Based Test (CBT), Document Verification, and Medical Examination. Aspirants from Gujarat can apply through RRB Ahmedabad, one of the 21 participating zones.
